03/26/2010 - Subcontractor Conference 2010: 5,000 euro prize for Best Performer

To survive in today's competition, it is essential for Time Shuttle to assure and verify process quality at the highest level. For this reason, the annual Subcontractor Conference was created as a forum to bundle regular exchange of information on performance expectations and assessments. At this forum, the transport service providers working for Time Shuttle are given an overview of business development, strategy and current developments in the field of transport security. The high spot of the event is always the announcement of the company ratings. Throughout the year, Time Shuttle measures the performance and reliability of its service providers on the basis of negative incidents during transportation. All deviations per cargo list and tour are recorded by the system according to predefined criteria and degrees of severity. In the evaluation, high-value cargo or general cargo transports are given different weightings. Consolidated cargoes are assessed separately from FTL and LTL cargoes. To participate in the ranking, companies had to have executed at least 75 security transports in the course of 2009. The three best companies were awarded cash prizes totalling 5,000 euro.
